In the glass, it glows with a golden hue and bronze reflections, opening into its characteristic aroma of passion fruit and papaya, lifted by a fresh hint of lime. 🍋✨

On the palate, it is expressive and firm, yet beautifully clean, dominated by tones of tropical fruit, accompanied by the subtle salinity typical of Pálava. 🥂

The Grüner Veltliner from @thaya_vinarstvi is a showcase of the very best that the Znojmo region has to offer. At first glance, it captivates with its greenish hue and golden reflections, revealing both freshness and maturity. ✨🍃

Its aroma is dominated by ripe yellow fruit and yellow apple, complemented by the gentle spiciness typical of this region. 🍏🍐

On the palate, the wine is juicy, harmonious, and vibrant, with a pleasant, well-integrated acidity. The long finish unfolds gradually, leaving a subtly spicy impression. 🍋✨

The festive Manhattan premiere will be opened by Riesling from Vinné sklepy Kutná Hora. A wine that sets the very first tone of the entire night. 🎼

This Riesling captivates with its fresh citrus aroma and vibrant acidity that awakens the senses. It matures slowly, often on lees or in barrels, gaining fullness, gentle creaminess, and gradually shifting into golden hues. Its aromatic palette is broad: young vintages offer citrus notes, while more mature wines reveal honeyed or subtly petrol tones — a hallmark of high-quality Riesling.

Cuvée Y from Salay Winery is a sparkling wine that captures attention even before the first bubble reaches your palate. In the glass, it shines with a pale golden hue and fine, elegant effervescence that promises an exceptional experience.

Its taste is fresh, harmonious, and clean, with beautifully balanced acidity. A sparkling wine that doesn’t overpower the moment, it enhances it.

And that’s exactly why it became the opening note of our Symphony of Wine. 🎼

Join us for the one-night-only U.S. premiere of Symphony of Wine, a multisensory concert inspired by the wine regions of the Czech Republic.

Performed by top musicians from the Prague Philharmonia and conducted by composer Jan Kučera, this unique night blends classical music, scenic dance, and a curated tasting of six exceptional Czech wines rarely found in the U.S.

🎶 DNES SVĚTOVÁ PREMIÉRA SYMFONIE VÍNA 🍷

Tato symfonická báseň, kterou uvede v život renomovaný český skladatel @jankucera77, bude mít šest částí, z nichž každá byla inspirována konkrétní odrůdou vína, typickou pro jednotlivé vinařské podoblasti Moravy a oblast Čech.

🍇 Zhudebnění jednotlivých vín otevírá další způsoby vnímání vlastností vína a také nový způsob propojení odvětví, která jdou staletí ruku v ruce...víno a umění.

🍷 Přímo na koncertě bude mít každý možnost, při provedení jednotlivých částí skladby, degustovat vzorek vína jímž byla hudba inspirována a obdivovat tak charakteristiky skladby i její předlohy v maximální možné míře.
